Includes Roads, Water, Wastewater, Band Properties, (maintenance of buildings, cemeteries). Roads Department is yearly a operation to maintain existing roads within the First Nation. Maintenance involves shouldering, gravelling, drainage, road signage, snow removal, culverts, sand & salt to road surfaces.

Operation and maintenance of infiltration gallery (water collecting), pump house, pumps, chlorination, filters, UV treatment, Water tower, chlorination, storage, fire hydrants, in ground piping, testing of treated water, flushing of distribution system.
